Adobe Flash 10.1 released for MAC users

Even though Steve Jobs do not like Adobe Flash and has disallowed it in the new iPhones and iPads,  Adobe has still released their newest update 10.1 for the Mac users. Whether one likes it or not, videos based on Flash is still dominant on the web taking close to 70%. The new standards by Apple based on HTML5 will take time to build up to Flash levels.
This most recent update officially patches the “critical vulnerability” found in earlier versions of the player that could cause system crashes and remote entry by attackers.

This new version, however, does not contain the much-anticipated ability to use hardware to decode H.264 video feeds. For that, Mac users will still need to turn to the upcoming “Gala” update, which is still only available as a preview release.
